The charges you incur from us cover the provision of the services outlined on our website. It is your responsibility to ensure all fees and applicable taxes are paid using one of our approved payment methods.
Government or Home Office fees may vary up until the application submission, and covering these costs is your obligation.
A full payment or deposit must be completed within five (5) working days after agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.
For payments made via bank transfer, all associated transaction costs are the payer’s responsibility. We apply no surcharges for payments made through UK credit cards, cheques, or bankers’ drafts and do not accept American Express. Payments via PayPal will incur PayPal’s service charges and any cross-border fees, if applicable.

Our professional fees exclude home Office fees, visa charges, and any other disbursements, such as translation fees, NARIC fees, or courier fees.

If this agreement is terminated by the Client or Global Visa Internationals, then Global Visa Internationals will refund the following fees to the client depending on the stages of the application process:
If you submit a written refund request through the Client Login Area before the commencement of the service, you will be entitled to a full refund.
If we advise you on the documents by providing you with the list of required documents and all document templates necessary for the application, but you have not utilized the one-hour consultation, you would be entitled to 50% of the fees.

The ‘No Win No Fee’ policy applies exclusively to the ‘Full Representation – Postal or Premium Service’ and does not extend to any other service offered.
No refund is available in instances where the Client is in default of the terms set out in the responsibilities mentioned above.
Clients who are unable to provide the requested documents by Global Visa Internationals will not be eligible for the no-win no, no-fee arrangement. In such cases, clients may either claim a refund by the Refund Policy outlined above or choose to continue the application without the no-win, no-fee guarantee.
Global Visa Internationals relies on clients to provide accurate and truthful information. If any claims made by the applicant are found to be false or misleading, the applicant will forfeit their right to the no-win no, fee arrangement.
If the UK Home Office is unable to verify the submitted documents, the no-win, no-fee guarantee will not apply.
The ‘no win, no fee’ policy does not cover applications involving the discretion of the Home Office to make a decision.
Refunds under the no-win, no-fee guarantee will only be issued after the complete refusal of the application. Clients cannot claim a refund before submitting an appeal to the Home Office.

Global Visa Internationals is committed to promptly and effectively resolving all client complaints. If our service does not meet your expectations or if you have any concerns, we want to hear from you.
If, at any point during your case, you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the service provided, please raise your concerns directly with your consultant. To formally complain, you are required to submit your complaint in writing, allowing us to maintain an accurate written record of your concerns.
All written complaints will be acknowledged within two (2) working days of receipt. Your assigned Immigration Consultant will contact you as a priority to attempt to resolve your complaint. If a resolution cannot be reached, your complaint will be escalated according to our company procedures and reviewed by the Office Manager or Director of Global Visa Internationals.
All clients will receive written notification of any investigation conducted and the resolution achieved. Additionally, all correspondence will be documented and retained in the client’s profile indefinitely. We strive to resolve complaints within 15 working days.
If you remain dissatisfied with the resolution of your complaint, or if you prefer not to complain directly with Global Visa Internationals, you have the option to file a complaint directly with the Commissioner at the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC); Complaints Team, 5th Floor, 21 Bloomsbury Street, London, WC1B 3HF, UK.
Global Visa Internationals is not liable for the safety of clients’ documentation while in transit to and from the Home Office or while in transit to or from the applicant. Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for any damage or loss to documents while they are in the possession of the Home Office.
We will not be held liable for any financial loss incurred due to delays or failures in obtaining a visa.
Our liability arising from negligence by the company or an individual employee is limited to any professional fees paid.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, we may terminate the Contract immediately if you:
The termination of the Contract (however arising) will be without prejudice to any rights and remedies which may have accrued to either party.
Any conditions which impliedly have effect after termination or expiry will continue to be enforceable notwithstanding termination or expiry.
Clients may terminate the agreement by giving us a written notice through the Client Login Area at any time during the period of engagement. All refunds will be provided to the client by our Refund Policy mentioned above.
We will not be liable to you or deemed to be in breach of these conditions because of any delay in performing or failure to perform any of our obligations under these conditions if such delay or failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, war or national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, fire, floods, strikes, or other industrial action of whatever nature. If we are unable to perform our obligations under these conditions, we will promptly notify you of the nature and extent of the circumstances in question. Our performance under the Contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the event in question continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.

We have the right to revise and amend these Conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions in force at the time you order Services from us unless any change to those policies or these Conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to services that you have previously purchased), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these Conditions before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
